Kololo S.S., located in the heart of Kampala, is one of Uganda’s leading government day schools, known for academic excellence, discipline, and innovation. With an enrolment of nearly 6,000 students, it is a vibrant learning centre that nurtures responsible and future-ready citizens.
Since its establishment, the school has remained committed to holistic education that combines academic achievement, character formation, and practical skills. We strive to develop morally upright, creative, and self-reliant learners, supported by teachers, parents, alumni, and partners.
Designated in 2011 as the National ICT Teacher Training Centre, Kololo S.S. also hosts SESEMAT regional offices, supporting teacher development in science and mathematics. The school further contributes to national programs in ICT, youth empowerment, and skills development.
